There are so many photographs from this session that I love, I had a really hard time deciding which images to show in this post! I met this family at their maternity session, and we quickly learned we had many mutual friends- as tends to happen in this small town. I had an amazing time making beautiful images of their maternity, and then their newborn baby.
Their family dog was included in both sessions too, which was a first for me. Dogs and children, have been said to be the most difficult subjects to photograph. While animals can be a challenge (especially with newborns) these are the memories that will be most cherished as they tell the story of the family. I will happily offer this again to families with fur babies. The newborn image with the pup sniffing Madison’s head is so precious and I know will be forever treasured.
